Terms of use

Verified property owners and managers may submit properties and rooms. Bennett student accounts may submit flatmate and student-vehicle listings. A submission remains private until an administrator approves it. Approval means the listing passed the current review workflow; it is not a warranty of identity, ownership, condition, legality, price or availability.

BenNest provides enquiries, callback requests and in-app conversations so users and listers can coordinate. Sending a request or message does not confirm a rental, room share, sale or handoff.

The BenNest review team can use the request type and the parties' contact details to coordinate follow-up. Message text remains private between the student and listing owner except for safety, abuse or legal review. Ordinary listing views and wishlists do not identify a student to an owner.

BenNest does not collect reservation money or process rent. Agree terms independently, verify the other party and use a payment method you trust only after completing your checks.

Submit only accurate information and media you are allowed to use. Do not impersonate another person, expose someone else's private data, upload unlawful content, manipulate prices or attempt to bypass moderation or access controls.

Verify a property, person, document, vehicle and transaction terms independently before travelling, signing or paying.

BenNest may reject or remove submissions that appear unsafe, inaccurate, duplicated or outside the product scope. Temporary service interruptions can delay review or updates.

Support, deletion and escalation requests may require manual review. Applicable operator details, jurisdiction-specific terms and retention periods can be updated as the service develops.
